My name is Samantha, I work at home as a consultant. I just just moved to MD in April from TN, so I am also looking for people to connect with.

Which Gym do you belong to?

I have a gym membership at Merritt Athletic in Canton. I love the classes, but it feels weird to go by myself.

What time of day and days of the week do you like to work out?

I like to workout at night, but lately it has been during the day when most people are at work. I like to make it to the classes.

Do you have a gym buddy gender preference?

I guess it depends. Guys don't usually like the group classes like females do. So probably a female.

  • Right now the Friday morning body pump would work better for me. I row, and during the winter we have a training program I go to on Monday and Wednesday evenings; so often Tuesday mornings I really need my sleep to recover. But I need to start adding some more workouts...need to lose some weight. Any interest in signing up for a TRX demo? I could do either one on Thursdays. I'm getting over a stomach virus this week, but next week I want to add another workout to my schedule.

  • Hi Samantha....sure, I'm willing to go to a morning body pump, yoga, or spinning. I usually work at home twice a week, so I can even meet to work out a little later or at lunchtime on those days.
